Account

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and a password. Once submitted, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the code to verify your number and your account is immediately active. The whole process takes under three minutes for most people. Registration is completely free.

No — each person may hold only one bet92 account. Operating multiple accounts is against the platform's Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being closed. If you have lost access to an existing account, use the account recovery option on the Login page or contact support rather than registering a new one.

You must be 18 years or older to register and play on bet92. Age verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal. Accounts found to have been opened by someone under 18 will be closed and any balance handled according to the platform's terms.

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page. An OTP or reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Enter the code, set a new password and you are back in. If your registered number has changed and you no longer have access to it, contact support with identifying information about your account and the team will assist you.

Mobile number changes require identity verification before they take effect — this is a security measure to prevent unauthorised changes to your account. Go to Account Settings to initiate the change, or contact support directly if you no longer have access to the original registered number. It is important to keep this up to date as it is the primary recovery method for your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bet92 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — no currency conversion is applied on the platform side. The available methods are shown in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes of payment confirmation on the wallet side. Raast and bank transfers can take a little longer depending on the bank — usually under 15 minutes during business hours, though some banks process overnight. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes and your payment confirmation shows the transaction was successful, contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Bronze and Silver tiers receive standard processing — typically within 24 hours for most methods. Gold tier accounts receive priority processing with same-day completion in most cases. Platinum and Diamond tier members receive the fastest withdrawal speeds available. Once approved, the time for funds to arrive depends on the payment method chosen and your bank's processing schedule.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts in PKR are displayed within the Deposit section of your account and vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa generally have lower minimums, making them suitable for smaller deposits. Higher account limits are available at Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers. All amounts are shown in PKR with no conversion applied.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result are completed, bets are typically voided and the stake returned to your balance. Bets are settled once the official result for the relevant market is confirmed. For match result bets, this is typically within a few minutes of the official end of play. Responsible Gaming
