2. Account Eligibility

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits:

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Holding a withdrawal for this reason does not constitute a refusal and funds remain in your account during the verification period.
• bet92 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance in specific circumstances, including incomplete verification or suspected account security issues. You will be notified if this occurs.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bet92 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free bets and event-specific promotions tied to cricket fixtures such as PSL matches and international T20 series. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses subject to wagering requirements must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement and eligible game types are stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or do not meet the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• bet92 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Active bonuses with wagering requirements in progress will be honoured for a reasonable completion period after any change announcement.
• Free bets are settled at the final odds at the time of bet placement. Returns from free bets exclude the stake value of the free bet itself.

6. VIP Programme

The bet92 VIP programme operates on five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic, based on cumulative platform activity across sports betting, live casino and fish games within rolling activity periods.

• All new accounts begin at Bronze tier. There is no fee or application required at any tier level.
• Tier thresholds and the contribution rates of different game types toward tier progress are published in the app and may be updated periodically.
• Benefits associated with each tier — including withdrawal limits, cashback percentages, dedicated account manager access and private casino table access — are described on the VIP page and apply from the date a tier is reached.
• Tier downgrade applies when activity falls below the maintenance threshold for a given tier within the review period. Players will receive advance notice of a potential downgrade. Gold and above players will be notified directly by their account manager.
• bet92 reserves the right to modify the structure, thresholds or benefits of the VIP programme with reasonable advance notice. Changes will not remove earned cashback credits already confirmed in a player's account.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player unless the specific sport or market rules permit a cash-out option that remains available. bet92 reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned without reaching the required completion threshold as defined by the relevant sport's rules.
• The bet was placed at an erroneous price caused by a clear technical error or data feed failure.
• Evidence of match fixing, corruption or irregular betting patterns is established in relation to the event.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific market rules applicable to that event.

In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance. Voided selections within an accumulator are treated as non-runners — the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided selection.

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant displayed at the table. Fish game outcomes are determined by the platform's real-time game engine. All results are final once confirmed by the system.

Maximum bet and win limits apply across sports and casino markets. These limits may vary by market, event, VIP tier and account history. bet92 reserves the right to restrict bet limits on individual markets or accounts without providing a specific reason.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet92 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all related bets and forfeiture of any balance derived from the prohibited activity:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to claim multiple instances of a promotion or circumvent account restrictions.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit market inefficiencies, share bonus funds or manipulate outcomes in games involving other players.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner that is inconsistent with normal recreational use, including but not limited to matched betting strategies that use only risk-free sides of wagers.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using payment methods that are not legitimately yours, initiating chargebacks on legitimate transactions or providing false payment information.
• Account sharing: Allowing third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately placing bets on odds or prices that are clearly the result of a technical malfunction rather than an intentional market offering.

If you believe you have received an erroneous price or have identified a technical issue, you should report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it. Acting in good faith on a technical error does not constitute prohibited conduct; deliberately exploiting a known error does.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet92 login credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. bet92 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
